The PN Sol - the situation

Mr. Martin, in the letter and conversation, I was very pleasantly impressed, and this morning (13/02) we have stayed in the Guadalhorce in the not too distant. Has also given me permission to summarize the major points of his letter in response to my points so long.
DOGS: There has always been the problem of stray dogs, sometimes raised, and the two methods of removing them from the reservation. He explained the problems, and without going into detail, just say that I agree but that the trial should be faster, especially during the breeding season it is almost above us. I am in favor of strong performances, (a) catch if possible, even (b) bring down animals and (c) if they have a chip and has not reported its loss, fine owners with an amount not to forget .
